Here you'll learn how to "Correctly" host home meetings.
Hosting home meetings is a very easy and profitable way to get a quick
start with GDI. Imagine if you could host at least 1 (if not more)
successful home meeting every week in the comfort of your own home.
That could mean 5, 10, or 15 new downline members every single week.
And I shouldn't have to tell you what this could do for the duplication
factor in your organization. Many are following my 10 steps, as described below,
as you read this
section right now.
Note:
One very important statistic to remember about hosting home meetings is
that normally less than half of the planned guests show up. So never
get discouraged when this happens.
Hosting home meetings is not as hard as some of you may think. Simply
follow the basic rules and you're well on your way. Take the time to
listen to Randy Gage as he tells you about successful home meetings... Click Here.
"The
person who does the most lousy presentations wins. The person who sits
around and waits until he thinks he's perfected his presentation loses".
- Randy Gage
Note:
Pay close attention to the "Dream Building" portion of the audios.
Dream building is very important in hosting home meetings.
Things to Remember before getting started:
Your
setting should not be too "FANCY". Remember that you should try to keep
your meeting's setting simple and easy to duplicate. If you serve steak
and caviar and use your best China then it gives your prospects the
idea that they can't afford to host home meetings. Climate control is
also very important. We all know that heat makes the average person
drowsy. Therefore, your climate should be set between 68-72 degrees
fahrenheit. Also, never set out more than 2 or three chairs before the
guests arrive. Bring in chairs as needed. Empty chairs give a negative
impression. And last but not least, whatever you have to do, please
make sure your telephone does not ring during your presentation.
Getting Started (10 Steps):
1) You should have your guests fill out a form with their contact information (including email address) for later follow up.
2)
The first thing you should go over with your guests is, once again,
"Dream Building". Dream building should also be discussed in various
portions of your presentation.
3)
Also give them a little knowledge and history of Network Marketing.
Explain briefly the difference between Networking and Pyramids (Give
Examples). The object here is to open their minds to the movie
presentation you are about to show them.
4)
Ask if anyone has to go to the bathroom or be excused for any reason.
This is very important because you do not want anyone to miss any
portion of the presentation. Pausing the presentation is a definite NO NO.
5) Show your guests the 50 minute DVD presentation. Allow them to watch the presentation
without any interuptions whatsoever.
6)
After the presentation is complete, explain how our "Rule of 5" works.
Then explain how the "Rule of 8" works and how both of these rules will
duplicate over and over again.
7) Always stress the fact that this is a $10 per month full package home business
and there is absolutely no selling involved.
8)
You should mention some benefits of owning their own business.
(Examples: Tax breaks, time, freedom, leverage, retirement, flexibility and convenience).
9) Dream Building. Ask your guests if they can see themselves living their dreams
with the earning potential of this program.
10)
Last but not least, assure them that you, as their sponsor, will give
them all the support that they need in their new venture. Understand
that this will include helping them with their own home meetings when that
time comes. You should also have business cards prepared to give to your guests as
they are leaving.
Note: It's a good idea to have your computer available allowing your guests to
signup on the spot if they so desire but DO
NOT press the issue. Allow them all the time they need to consider
their options wisely. DO
NOT BECOME A SALEMAN. Prospects do not like to be sold. They will
eventially sell themselves on this program if they are of the least bit
interested.
Keep
in mind that you are not limited to doing meetings at your own home.
You should also go to your downline members' homes and help them to get
started. They may need to see you do several presentations before they
are comfortable doing them on their own. Once all of your 1st level
members are well on their way you'll want to make sure that they are
doing the same as you did for them.
Note:
Although your 1st level members are your primary responsibility you
also need to make sure that your 2nd and 3rd levels are receiving the
proper amount of training as well. Remember that every member in your
organization is just as important to your business as your level 1
members. Keeping them well informed and active keeps your business
successful.
A
successful home meeting is when you have at least 1 signup. But you'll
see that if you follow the procedures here that 7 out of 10 people will
join your organization. The New GDI DVD is what really "grabs them".
