
| All travel requires a minimum of 60 days booking notice
prior to your
requested travel date, and must be completed with 12-months of the
registration date that will be listed on your reservation form. Check
in is available Sunday to Wednesday only. You must select a destination
that is at least 100 miles from your residence. Travel is not permitted
for 7 days before, after or on any State, Provincial or Federal
Holiday. Occupants must be 21 years of age or older with a valid
driver’s license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
Additional occupants may travel for a surcharge, subject to
availability. Group travel of 2 or more reservation forms is not
permitted. Only one reservation form per household may be used in a
twelve (12) month period. Once reservations are confirmed, a service
fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no-shows, in
addition to charges levied by the property or travel service provider,
if applicable.
At the time of booking your reservations with the fulfillment travel center, all accommodations are subject to their availability and promotions inventory. The fulfillment travel center reserves the right to offer an alternate travel date, property and or destination. The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transportation, transfers, food, gratuities, a US $50 reservation deposit for pertinent fees and taxes in the form of an International Money Order prior to having reservations confirmed, and any miscellaneous expenses, where applicable. To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $35.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their certificate online. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate. |
